The R320 indicator has superb stability and performance including Trade Approval with OIML and NSC to 4,000 divisions. 5 point linearising is standard.
The programmable function key can be configured for any one of the built-in functions (Counting, Manual Hold, Peak Hold, Live Weight Totalising). The built-in 15kV protected RS232 serial port can perform almost any communications role. It has a built-in opto-isolated Rin-LINK data coupling for safe PC programming.
Two isolated transistor setpoint outputs provide for basic weight-control or level control functions.
FAQ's
How is this different from a Scalehawk crane scale system or another high capacity weighing system?
A: The TLWS weighing system does is more of a "bare bones" approach to high capacity weighing. If your application calls for a unit that can withstand any type of rough environment, you may want to choose the Scalehawk.
We are using this overhead crane scale weighing system for rigging or another industrial application. What is the safety rating for this scale system?
A: This TLWS crane scale system's overload capacity is 200% though internal damage may result. Internal damage would be the internal gauging would be damaged (no external damage or failure would result). Total physical failure should not result under 300%.
If overloaded and damaged, the load cell would need to be re-gauged or replaced.
Is this a wired or wireless system?
A: This is a wired system. Includes the load cell, cable, and indicator as well as a case
Is this weatherproof or waterproof?
A: No, this is not weatherproof.
How much cable is there?
A: About 30 feet.
