FAQ's
Will this MP20 printer print out text?
A: The MP20 printer will always print gross weight. The MP20 printer will also print whatever info is captured by the indicator. For example, if the indicator is set up correctly and captures the "net weight" and "tare" then that info will print out on the labels or continuous roll paper. If the indicator captures the "time/date" then that can also be printed.
If you need to input other information you have to use a GSE indicator with keypad and then use one of the zebra printers. The printer options really depend on which indicator you are using - call for details.
What if I would like to print our company name on the labels or paper - can I do that?
A: Yes, but you will need to buy the Header Program Disk (see spec box below) which will allow you to key in 2-3 lines of text. This text, when set up correctly, will print at the top of each label.
How much are the labels for this printer? Do you also have labels for this printer?
A: Yes, see the options box below for either continuous roll receipt paper or thermal labels (3 sizes to choose from). This printer takes both types.
Do we need anything else?
A: No, this printer includes everything you need. Includes the cable.
Is there some technical info on the MP20 printer to see if it will work with a particular scale?
