HRB Balances (windshield not included in these models - see spec box below)
HRB balances (w/ no windshield) come in sizes of 3,000g, 6,000g, and 10,000 capacities. The HRB balances will weigh just about anything. The new LCD display makes for easy viewing and runs off a drycell battery. RS-232 output to printer/pc is standard in these units.
You can calibrate these scales with household items! No more calibration weights needed!
When you do not have the right test weights, you can use coins, soda, sugar, flour, or basically anything with more than ¼ of the scale capacity to calibrate the scale.
The key features are the sensitivity and the speed, but that is very difficult to explain on catalogs and spec sheets. The video tells the story better. Compare the update speed with balances costing twice or three times as much - the 24 bit AD is basically the fastest processor in the market now.

FAQ's
Which models include the windshield or breeze break?
A: The 100g, 200g, 600g, and 1,000g capacity models all include the windshield. The windshield is nice to have because these balances are very sensitive and it's important to have a breeze break so the enviornment doesn't contribute to false weighing.
Does this balance weigh in "grains"? I would like to use this balance to weigh powder for reloading.
