FAQ's
Is this scale legal for trade?
A: Yes, all models of this floor scale and indicator are legal for trade (NTEP).
We'd like to pair this scale system with a printer, which one of your printers would you suggest?
A: This floor scale system will be paired with the MP20 printer.
This scale ships with "free freight" to most business locations in the USA. What are the exceptions?
A: If you live in one of the states listed below, there will be an additional charge. You MUST have a fork lift at your location to lift the scale off the truck. If you don't have a way to lift the scale, we will have to schedule a truck with a lift gate which will be an additional charge. We will also have to quote freight to Hawaii or Anchorage.
Can you ship this floor scale to Canada?
A: Yes, the customer needs to provide their freight broker's name and number. When the scale arrives at border the broker is called and they clear package. We will need to get postal code in Canada so that we can pro-rate shipping from border to your location in Canada.
